For the sixth year in a row, CBRE Thailand has announced it will be hosting the CBRE Elite Living 2018 premier residential property showcase.

To be held at the SO Sofitel Bangkok Hotel on Sathorn Road from Friday 5 October to Sunday 7 October, the event will showcase Thailand's most premium condominiums and single homes including super luxury and luxury product classes. 

The event will present properties in Bangkok's most prime locations including Lumpini, Sukhumvit, Ekamai, Sathorn and the Chao Phraya riverfront, and branded residences from Phuket, Hua Hin and Pattaya will also feature prominently over the weekend. 

CBRE will be highlighting 12 curated projects, worth a collective THB 44 billion, offering buyers special privileges that cannot be found elsewhere including exclusive deals and special promotions.

Youngprapakorn also reveals that the prices of the properties featured at this event range between THB 5.5 million and THB 340 million.

A residential market overview for 2018 and analysis of trends in 2019 will also be presented in a seminar by Ms Aliwassa Pathnadabutr, Managing Director of CBRE Thailand, on Saturday 6 October.

According to Ms Aliwassa, the luxury and above residential market will continue to grow due to five key factors including

• scarcity of super prime sites resulting in fewer new launches in this segment;
• luxury properties as long-term investment assets generating stably high returns over time;
• improved product quality comparable to international standards;
