Phuket's Coldwell Banker Sea Property has been given a strong endorsement at Dot Property Thailand Awards held in Bangkok last month, named as one of the best real estate agencies in the country.

A total of 25 winners were honoured during an exclusive ceremony inside the Park Hyatt Bangkok as part of the event, with Coldwell Banker Sea Property joining Bridge Estate (Thailand), List Sotheby’s International Realty, Condo Connection Thailand, and YTD Land & Houses in being named Thailand's Best Real Estate Agencies for 2020.

Speaking at the awards, Coldwell Banker Sea Property Director Norbert Witthinrich said the business was heading into 2021 with some momentum.

"Phuket is an amazing place that has been free of coronavirus for a long time," he said. 

"I'm looking forward to our clients coming and seeing what the real estate has to offer."

The awards ceremony was one of the first major real estate events to be held since the country began gradually opening back up in June.

Dot Property Director for Events and International Markets, Adam Sutcliffe, told the Bangkok Post the in-person celebration was a tribute to both the country’s excellent response to COVID-19 and the real estate sector’s ability to overcome challenges brought on by the pandemic.

“This year’s class of winners has proven to be resilient in the face of adversity," he said.

 "We are delighted to have this opportunity to recognise their hard work.”
