Each staff member will have direct property management experience and extensive knowledge of their responsibilities, with the on-site team to be continuously supported by the head office Property Management Team.

The Property Management team will have an active role in the ongoing management of estates, including onsite weekly inspections of the common areas, weekly meetings with the onsite management team, attending Committee/Owners Meetings and advising/recommending to the Owners Committee/Owners on a variety of property management issues and ways that your Estate can be improved.

According to Coldwell Banker, this support will enable the onsite team to deal with any day-to-day issues that arise.

A dedicated onsite Property Manager will also be assigned to communicate directly with the owners.
